RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Beach Break at Nachicocom are reserved "as is" on the date, number of persons confirmed on your email Letter confirmation.
  • A deposit payment is required at the moment of your reservation and it is non refundable.
  • Deposits will be automatically processed to guarantee your spot at Nachi Cocom Beach Club. The balance is shown on your letter confirmation and must be paid upon arrival at the beach club, in cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only).
  • In case of a group reservation total amount has to be paid for one person only, separated payments per person are not accepted.
  • As of August 01st, 2014 travel checks will not be accepted as a form of payment due to local government regulations.

 

CANCELATION POLICIES

Your deposit at the moment of your reservation is non refundable. However in the following situations, we will do an exception (none automatic refunds will processed, please contact us via email to [email protected] Please refrain from sending your request for refund to more than one department.

  1. In the event that you Ship will not be able to visit the Port of Cozumel your deposit will be 100% refunded. (Limited to your particular Cruise not visiting the Port during your cruise).
  2. In case of an inclement weather. The policy is in effect for Hurricane only, not for lesser impacting storm or rain and just if the beach club is closed.
  3. Cancellation due to change in ships itinerary. If you already have a confirmation with us and if your ship is changing its itinerary and visits Cozumel Port on an earlier or later date, please contact us in order to re-schedule your beach break. If re-scheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded. Refunds do not apply to a change in arrival time.

Cancellations that do not comply with the above are not subject to refund.

 

Important:

  • Only the passenger whose name appears on the beach break reservation can apply for a refund.
  • Request for a refund will only be accepted within 30 calendar days after the arrival date and in case that the refund apply, It may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Some refunds would be subject to a refund fee.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment, PAYPAL. Cash or checks cannot be issued.
  • When submitting a refund request please include: The passenger's name, The confirmation number, The date of arrival .

NO SHOW PENALTIES

If you do not show for the reserved excursion we will charge the full balance to your credit card. Please note:A $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card for any chargeback of your beach break deposit when ruled in favor of our company by your using bank. If you dispute the deposit charge not recognized a $50.00 usd administrative fee will be charged on your credit card.

Your deposit will be noted on your credit card statement under Nachicocom Cozumel Beach Club. Administrative fees may be charged to a limited of $ 100.00 usd in administrative fees per disputed charge.
